2025年春季学期国际中文教师奖学金申请办法

为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称中心）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称奖学金），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、 国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到中国大学（以下简称接收院校）学习和进修汉语国际教育及相关专业。

For the purpose of satisfying the growing demand of the international community for Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) will continue with the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship). Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms, certain HSK test centers, Chinese language (education) departments of foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language instruction, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as “recommending institutions”) may recommend outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers for study of International Chinese Language Education or related majors at Chinese universities and colleges (hereinafter referred to as “host institutions”).  

一、资助对象

1.非中国籍人士;

2.对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、 法规和学校的规章制度；

3.身心健康，品学兼优;

4.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作;

5.年龄为 16-35 周岁（统一以 2024 年 9 月 1 日计）。在职中文教师放宽至 45 周岁。

ELIGIBILITY 

a) Non-Chinese citizens;

b) Should be friendly to China, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school;

c) In good physical and mental conditions, and with a good record of academic performance and conduct;

d) Aspiring to work in the Chinese language education and related fields;

e) Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2024. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45.

二、奖学金类别及申请条件

SCHOLARSHIP TYPES AND QUALIFICATIONS

一学期研修生

2025 年 3 月入学，资助期限为 5 个月。国际中文教育、汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学等方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）180 分，具有 HSKK 成绩。

Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program

The program commences either in March 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months. Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.

三、办理流程

2024 年 9 月 19 日起，申请者需要同时在国际中文教师奖学金报名网站（cis.chinese.cn）和伟德国际官网登录入口报名网站

（https://snnu.17gz.org/member/login.do）提交申请。

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

From September 19, 2024, applicants need to complete the application on both the International Chinese Teacher Scholarship registration website (cis.chinese.cn) and the Shaanxi Normal University registration website (https://snnu.17gz.org/member/login.do).

四、截止日期（以北京时间为准）：

    学生申请截止日期为 2024年 10 月31日。

中心委托专家组集中评审：根据 HSK、HSKK 考分和级别，兼顾国别等因素择优资助，于入学前约 3 个月完成奖学金评审工作，公布评审结果。

Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)

For programmes commencing in March 2025, applicants must complete their applications before 31 October, 2024. 

CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be made based on HSK and HSKK scores and levels, and in consideration of country distribution as well as other factors. The results will be published about three months before school starts. 

五、关于在职中文教师和汉语桥获奖者

1.在职中文教师

在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，免提交汉语水平考试（HSK）证书。

2.汉语桥获奖者

在各类汉语桥比赛中获得 “国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证书向目标接收院校提交申请材料。如有问题，请咨询:

POLICIES REGARDING IN-SERVICE CHINESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS AND CHINESE BRIDGE WINNERS

In-Service Chinese Language Teachers In-service Chinese language teachers need to provide proof of employment and a letter of recommendation from the employer.

b) Chinese Bridge Winners Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions need to submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to the Host Institutions directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website. For any further inquiries, please contact chinesebridge@chinese.cn.

六、申请材料

1.护照照片页扫描件。

2.HSK、HSKK 成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件。

3.推荐机构负责人的推荐信。

4.在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。

5.未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。

Application Documents for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 

A. For all applicants: 

a) A scanned copy of passport photo page;

b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity);

c) A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions. 

B.Applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment as well as a reference letter by the employer.

C. Applicants under the age of 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.

RECOMMENDING

Shaanxi Normal University is the HSK test center. It can be functioned as a International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship recommendation agency.

八、其他

一学期研修项目原则上不录取3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。

MISCELLANEOUS

In principle, applicants who have received a similar scholarship within three years are not eligible for the One-Semester Study Program .
